Please submit an electronic copy (Microsoft Word or PDF file) of the main body of the paper.  Submit the title page containing the contact addresses of authors in a separate file to aid in blind review.  Papers must be in English, clearly typed and double-spaced. Submission of a paper will be held to imply that it is original unpublished work, that a significant part of it has not already been published, and that it is not being submitted for publication elsewhere. There is an $80 U.S. submission fee. Make check payable to IREF and send it through postal mail to the appropriate office, or you may submit your credit card information including type, number, and expiration date via postal mail.  Sending credit card information through e-mail is strongly discouraged as we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

The cover page of the manuscript should contain complete correspondence information about the submitting author: (i) postal address, (ii) telephone and fax numbers, and (iii) e-mail address.
