ENGINEERING STUDENTS ONLY: The MBA- Ready Program is a selective program for a limited number of admitted, qualified engineering studentes.

The online Bulletin consists of undergraduate and graduate issues published annually. The issue that applies to your academic program depends on your status as an undergraduate or graduate student, and on the year in which you began your studies at the University of Dayton.

In the General Information section, you can find a wide array of material dealing with many facets of your academic career. In the Academic Information section, you can locate specifics on various academic areas, and the programs and courses they offer. The Bulletin also has a Search feature to help you quickly locate content from the two main sections.

The Portfolio application allows students to preserve their best work online, interact with advisers, faculty, and other students, guide their academic choices with career and individual goals in mind and emerge after graduation with a complete record of their educational and personal growth.

Portfolio is the latest in a series of technology enhancements at the University and provides one electronic place where students can go to enter their whole undergraduate experience. At graduation, they will have a complete record of their progress and a complete portfolio of their work, including written pieces but also photos, music and art that they have created. The University is investigating the possibility of placing it all on a CD or other media so that they can have access to it after graduation.

Portfolio is designed to foster connections between academic work, professional goals and personal and spiritual growth and will be a central point for accessing all the information and resources that students will need to become distinctive graduates. It provides several areas for information and interaction including learning, living, community, and beyond (directed at career possibilities). Some parts of Portfolio are password protected while others have open access. Portfolio enhances learning while preserving the mix of in-person instruction and online interaction that characterizes a UD education.

WebAdvisor is a Web interface that allows you to access information contained in the administrative database used by the University. Here you can print off your degree audit and also search courses that are offered at specific dates, time, or locations.

Road Map to Success is a guide designed around a four year academic plan checklist. Each year it is recommended that you go through the checklist and fulfill as many of the line items as possible. Each line item has additional information on the websites listed for you. Additionally, you can schedule an appointment with our faculty advisor or visit the Advising Center for assistance.

Each department in the School of Business has different requirements for their major. Learn more about the nine different majors.

The School of Business Advising Center website will not be completely finished until Fall 2007. If you have any questions you should contact the Advising Center at (937) 229-2065. We welcome any comments on ways to improve the website to better serve our students.
